The Owl Loft

The Owl Loft is the most recent addition at Elm Tree.  This apartment has just been converted at the top of the barn, so has wonderful views and, of course, privacy too.

The loft is light and spacious, and its tongue and groove pine ceiling gives it a cosy feeling.  The large balcony affords views along the coastline and across the bay, while a large window in the lounge looks over the harbour.  There is one double bedroom, a bathroom plus a large living, dining and kitchen area.

The double bedroom is large, with views of the rugged granite hills behind and has a small wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. 

The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

The appealing living area has a TV and views of the harbour.  The double sleeper couch enables the room to be used as an additional bedroom, if required.  There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen, which is compact but complete with a microwave oven and two hot plates for cooking, a fridge with freezer section, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. 

The full length balcony is a pleasant place to sit and relax, while looking out along the coastline, and there is also a little private sheltered braai area downstairs with seating.
